We are starting the planning for a Guide Steps Mentoring program for 2027!! See the tentative schedule below. If you have thoughts or ideas, please contact us with your ideas.
Guided Steps will offer the 6 week Mentoring Sessions for Juniors and Seniors in University. Each student will be paired with a professional from the technology industry, and will meet in sessions to study the Bible, share Spiritual insights, and then discuss items related to career planning or course activities.
Mentoring sessions allow wisdom from older men and women of faith, to be shared, in-context with student's fields of study, to build solid Christian foundations for the students when they graduate and enter the workforce.
For Universities: Please spread the word among your Junior and Senior students that mentoring will be available in the Jan 2027 timeframe.

Early Jan 2027
Guided Steps starts process to match Mentors with Students based on information from registration forms and the Zoom meetings with the Director
Early Feb 2027
Mentors & Students - Guided Steps will send notifications to introduce Mentor and Student Assignments
Kickoff - Zoom meeting for all participants to introduce the mentoring program. Official start of Cohort 2027
Mar 2027
Mid-phase Check-in - Zoom session for mentors and students to check in, share experiences, provide feedback.
Apr 2027
Mentors & Students - complete feedback survey.
Celebration - Zoom meeting for all participants to hear survey results, and to share experiences..
