For Universities
The Guided Steps mentoring program is an effort founded in Christ's love and designed for Junior and Senior level students. Mentors assist students in building their Christian foundation as they prepare to enter the working world. The staff and volunteers at Guided Steps recognize the great need for men and women to live their lives of faith as employees in high technology.

We view the foundational teachings of Christ essential in an industry that is rapidly shaping the lives of the world.

Our University partners and contacts provide on-campus awareness, and assistance with registration for a Guided Steps cohort.

An independent program, Guided Steps mentoring is being provided by volunteer-employees at established technology companies like Bible Study Fellowship, Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Meta and other tech companies and startups.
As a University contact you are the gate through which Junior and Senior level students may enter into a mentoring relationship with one of these dedicated industry professionals. Guided Steps' program is designed for the next generation to grow their Christian identity, and address the challenges of leaving college life to a life in the workplace.
